ASRock Rack launched the new MECAI-GH200 at the MWC 2024 conference, hailed as the world’s smallest NVIDIA Grace Hopper GH200 supercomputer server.

Grace Hopper GH200 server processor integrates NVIDIA ™ NVIDIA ®) Grace CPU and Hopper AI GPU are further optimized for performance through NVLink interconnection.

This CPU has 72 Arm Neoverse V2 cores and 480GB of LPDDR5X memory; The Hopper GPU has 132 SM and 528 Tensor cores, as well as 96GB of HBM3 memory spanning 6144 bit memory interfaces.

At present, the mainstream solution for Grace Hopper GH200 servers is 3U or larger, while Yongqing’s MECAI-GH200 adopts a compact 2U shape, so it is officially referred to as the world’s smallest GH200 server.

In addition, Yongqing also showcases the latest quasi servers and motherboards, supporting Intel, AMD, and Ampere processors.
