Intel is expected to launch a new 15th generation Arrow Lake processor by the end of 2024, integrating advanced Intel 20A process nodes and innovative Foveros 3D packaging technology.
Compared to the current 14th generation processors, this new processor will achieve significant performance improvements. An informed source, YuuKi AnS, recently posted a message on Twitter (deleted) sharing the specifications of Intel’s 15th generation Core i7-15700K and Core i9-15900K processors.

The CPU core of Intel’s 15th generation Arrow Lake series adopts Intel 20A technology, while the core display part adopts TSMC’s 3nm technology.
The report states that this series of processors has eliminated hyper threading technology, and the AVX-512 instruction set has not yet appeared. The maximum power consumption (PL2) of Rui frequency has been reduced from 253W to 177W, and the power consumption limit of PL4 is 333W.
